What Happened:
Today in class, we finished the body of the rocket. We glued on the last few strips, and covered the last one in watered down wood glue. We need to glue on the fins and find the center of mass for our rocket. We also need to put in the nose cone. We were running behind schedule, but we can catch up really fast.
Results:
Our rocket is 12 inches long and has a little gloss to it from the modge podge. I still would like to pray paint ours to make it look nice.
Collaboration:
I was working with Lupe on gluing the strips on, and Madi helped put the modge podge on the last strip of paper. I feel like now the work is split evenly now that Nick has left but he still chooses to help us even after he left.
What Next:
We will glue on the fins and put on the nose cap. We also will calculate the the center of mass and start decorating, if we even have enough time.
