What Happened:
Today in class we added the straw for our launch lug and added a coat of glitter so it looks nice. We also added paint to our thingy. After waiting for everything to dry, we tested to see if our rocket would work when we launched it. We tied fishing wire around the rocket and spun it around. If it was spinning around while going in circles then we need to add more weight to the nose cone.
Results:
Our rocket has a yellow body and has an orange fin, a green fin, a pink fin, and a blue fin. And all around it has a glitter coat. We used a pvc pipe cap as our nose cone and it's still white. I'm really proud of the way it turned out because it stands out from the other rockets.
Collaboration:
I've been working with Madi and Lupe. In the end it's been really fun working with them.
